Description:
The building is located on one of the main boulevards in Sofia – Bulgaria blvd. in the immediate vicinity of Vitosha Mountain. The building is situated in the new part of Motopista district, which is built-up with modern residential and office buildings. One can easily access the project by a car as well as walking because of the boulevard and the various type of public transportation passing through it.
The building is settled as a P-shaped body varying from 3 to 13 ground floors. It is situated towards the three adjacent streets (from Northwest, from Northeast and from Southeast). An inner yard is formed to Southwest where a three-floor body stuck to the P-shaped one is situated. The first 3 floors are projected to the streets in front of the rest with a separate build-up line. The transportation access and admittance to the building are from the direction of the adjoining streets. In the area in front of the building from Northwest an open parking-lot will be provided in the borders of the plot.  The complex contains six sections corresponding to the operating staircases – sections A, B, C, D and E in the P-shaped body and also section F in the inner yard.
Office spaces with common toilets are to be provided on levels 2 and 3 in the sections A, B, C, D and F. The access leading to them is through second and third level by means of staircase beginning from the ground floor. The stairs and the elevators of sections A, B, C and D pass transit through the both floors without connection between the dwellings.
The residential spaces of the building are settled from the second floor of section E up and from the fourth floor of sections C and D up. Sections C and D occupy the space from 4th to 10th ground floors and 45 apartments. Section E occupies from 2nd to 8th ground floors and 21 apartments. The access leading to them is through a corridor on the respective floor by a private staircase and an elevator for each one of the sections.
