Senior Consultant Residential Services Department
Rumen has been part of the Residential Services Department at Colliers International since 2002 and is one of the founders of the team. He has a BA in Public Administration.
Rumen was amongst the organizers of the tender with bank institutions, providing mortgages to end-buyers for one of the largest compound residence projects - “Residential Park Sofia”. His active role in developing and negotiating financing opportunities and experience with clients with various profile and requirements prove him a valuable specialist with profound knowledge of the residential real estate market.
